Frank's Quick New England Fish Chowder

1 lb fish cut into bite size pieces
1 cp water
2 slices boiled ham, chopped
2 medium potatoes, diced fine
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cp milk


1 - Saute' onions and ham in olive oil over medium heat
2 - Add water, potatoes, salt and pepper, and fish
3 - Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes over medium heat
4 - Stir in the milk, heat through and serve.
Comment - Made this for supper tonight. It was great but needed
more salt for my taste.
