Frank's Ham and Chicken Barbeque
2 small skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup minced ham, ground up in food processor
1/2 cp barbeque sauce
1 cp cracker crumbs
1/4 cp grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 - Pound chicken breasts slightly to even thickness.
2 - Blend the ground up minced ham with the barbeque sauce.
3 - Mix the cracker crumbs with cheese and salt and pepper.
4 - Dip chicken breasts into the barbeque sauce mixture, then
the cracker crumb mixture.
5 - Place on a greased baking pan into an oven preheated to 500 degrees.
6 - cook for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
