Frank's Baked Chicken and Sausage

(1) 8 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast piece
1 Polish sausage link (about the size of a hot dog)
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp 'cajun' seasoning
1 tbsp olive oli

Instructions:

1 - Grind sausage, bread crumbs, and cajun seasoning in food processor
2 - Heat olive oil in skillet and sear chicken breast 3 or 4 minutes per side
3 - Melt butter, then dip chicken piece in it and then roll in breadcrumb mix
4 - Put in an oven proof skillet and into a 350 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes
