#0032 Frank's Sage Stuffing (04/18/03)
Frank's Sage Stuffing
2 1/2 cps toasted bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground sage
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
1 cp milk
1 - Cook onions in olive oil until translucent.

2 - Add bread crumbs and cook 1 minute more.
3 - Add seasonings then deglaze the pan with the milk
4 - Refrigerate for 1 hour then use to stuff chicken or turkey
Comment - This one's an old standard for stuffing chickens!
