Frank's Chicken with Lemon Dill Gravy

4 chicken breast 'tenders'
1/4 cp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dill seed
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cp water
1/2 cp milk


1 - Mix the flour, salt, pepper, and dill seeds on a plate
2 - Dredge the chicken tenders in the mix on the plate
3 - Add the olive oil to a skillet (I use a black iron skillet)
4 - Saute' the chicken about 2 minutes each side at moderately high heat
5 - Mix lemon juice with water and use to deglaze the pan.
6 - Continue heating until the sauce thickens, then add milk with constant
stirring, and remove from the heat.
Comment - Made this one for the evening meal tonight!
It was served over pre-cooked long grain brown rice.
