Broiled Chicken Halves Variations Recipes

Combine 1 1/2 tablespoons anchovy paste
and 2 1/2 tablespoons softened butter or margerine. Brush this mixture
on chicken two or three times during broiling. Good for the chicken
you cook on an outdoor grill, too.
French Broiled Chicken
Use 1 cup French dressing plus 1 teaspoon
paprika in place of butter or margerine in recipe for Broiled Chicken
halves. Makes 4 servings.
Rub chicken halves with 2 cut lemons. Coat
with melted butter or margerine. Sprinkle with mixture of 2 teaspoons
each salt and sugar, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Broil as described in Broiled Chicken Halves. Makes 4 servings.
