16 crisp crackers
Commercial cheddar cheese spread
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/8 tsp salt
<1/4 tsp pepperbr>
1 - Start oven at moderate 9350 degrees F.)
2 - Spread crackers with cheese mixture and arrange on baking sheet
3 - Beat egg yolk until lemony.
4 - Mix with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
5 - Whip egg white stiff.
6 - Fold into yolk mixture.
7 - Heap on crackers.
8 - Bake 13 minutes, or until top is set and lightly browning.
9 - Serve hot.
Makes 16 puffs
