1 cp mashed avocado
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cp crumbled Roquefort cheese
1 - Blend all ingredients together smoothly by beating with spoon or use blender.
2 - A chopped peeled tomato or 1/2 pimiento may be added for color.
3 - This recipe, which is Mexico's Guacamole is a favorite spread for potato chips,
Melba toast, and crisp crackers,
Makes about 1 1/4 cps
