Chinese Baked Spareribs

3 pounds pork spareribs, cut in serving pieces
1/4 cp prepared mustard
1/4 cp light molasses
1/4 cp soy sauce
3 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 - Place ribs in shallow baking dish.
2 - Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
3 - Chill, covered, 3 hours or longer.
4 - Start oven at moderate (350 degrees F.)
5 - Bake ribs about 1 1/2 hours or until tender and done.
6 - Baste frequently with sauc in pan.
7 - Turn ribs once during baking.
8 - When brown and crusty, serve at once.
Makes 3 to 4 servings
This is finger food--no holds barred in our house. Forks ruin the
fun. Plenty of paper napkins with this one.
