1 lb linguini (flat spaghetti)
1/2 lb ricotta or cottage cheese
4 tbsp sweet butter
1/2 cp grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground black pepper
1 - Cook spaghetti according to directions on the package.
2 - Mix cheese and butter together in saucepan.
3 - Simmer about 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
4 - Spoon over hot drained spaghetti.
5 - Sprinkle with Parmesan and a littl pepper.
Makes 6 servings
