Rolled Oats Pie Crust

1 cp rolled oats
1/3 cp sifted all-purpose flour
1/3 cp brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cp melted shortening
1 - Start oven at moderate (375 degrees F.).
2 - Combine oats, flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl.
3 - Add shortening, mixing until crumbly.
4 - Pack mixture firmly in bottom and on sides of 9-inch plate.
5 - Set and 8-inmch pie plate inside to press evenly.
6 - Bake about 15 minutes.
7 - Let stand 5 minutes.
8 - Remove smaller pan.
9 - Let crust cool in its plate.
10 - Fill with pie mixture.
Makes 1 (9-inch) crust.
