Steam large dried figs until they are softened. Fill each fig with hard
sauce. Place filled fig in circle of pie pastry. Fold pastry over. Seal
edges with tines of fork. Prick top in 2 or 3 places with fork.
Bake in hot oven (425 degrees F.) 154:39 PM 7/15/2014 minutes or until pastry is gloden.
Serve warm with cream, or let cool and serve as a finger dessert.
