Drain chilled canned pineapple spears. Spreadf each quickly witn sof-
tened cream cheese which has been mixed with a little sour cream,
paprika, and celery salt or curry powder. For each serving arrange 3
sticks on crisp water cress. Add few large whole strawberries or other
berries. Serve plkain or with French dressing.
