Avocado Spring Salad

6 small radishes
1 - Pare avocado.
2 - Dice and sprinkle with lemon juice
3 - Slice washed scallions very thin.
4 - Wash radishes.
5 - Grate coarsely.
6 - Combine avocado, scallions, and radishes lightly, using 2 forks.
7 - Heap on lettuce.
8 - Serve with French dressing.
Makes 2 servings.
