Roquefort Salad Dressing

One of the most simple Roquefort dressings is made by crumbling
the cheese in your favorite well-seasoned French Dressing. Use about
1 tsp crumbled cheese to 1 cup dressing. Here are 2 other versions
1/2 cp chili sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cp salad poil
1/2 cp crumbled Roquefort
1 clove garlic, peeled and mashed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 - Combine all ingredients in glass container of mixer or blender.
2 - Cover.
3 - Blend 30 seconds.
4 - Keep in covered glass jar in refrigerator.
Makes 1 1/2 cps dressing.
Blended Roquefort Dressing: One half cp softened cream cheese; 1
cp crumbled Roquefort. Beat together. Add French Dressing, stirring
smoothly until of desired consistency.
