Cottage-Cheese Sandwich Fillings

1 cup cream-style cottage cheese mixed with any of these combinations:
1 (5 oz.) can crab meat, flaked, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp
prepared mustard, a little salt.
2 chopped hard-cooked eggs, 2 tbsp minced anchovies, 1 tbsp
mayonnaise, 1 tbsp chives or grated onion.
1/2 cp chili sauce, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tbsp chopped
1/2 cp finely minced cooked shrimp, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp
grated onion, 1 tbsp oregano.
1/2 cp finely cut ripe olives, 1/4 cp chopped almonds or peanuts, salt
to taste. Add a little sour cream if needed for spreading consistency.
