1/2 cp grated Cheddar cheese
4 tbsp butter or margerine
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
finely ground pepper
1 - Cream all ingredients together, seasoning with a small grind of pepper.
2 - Taste butter.
3 - Correct seasoning if necessary.
4 - Keep at room temperature for spreading.
Makes about 3/4 cp spread.
Use for canapes and sandwiches. Delicious on narrow strips of toast,
crackers, or tiny hot buttered biscuits.
