Baked Chicken Vietnam
3 large breasts of chicken, boned, each cut in 2 pieces
1/2 cp commercial sour cream
1/4 cp potato chips, crumbled
1 stick butter, melted
Few drops pressed garlic
1 - Dip each chicken breast in sour cream then roll in potato chips.
2 - Place chicken breasts in oven proof, flat, glass baking dish.
3 - Heat butter flavored with garlic until melted.
4 - Drizzle butter-garlic mixture over chicken breasts in dish.
5 - Bake uncovered in preheated 325 degrees F. oven 45 minutes, or until chicken is fork tender and golden.
6 - Serve at once .
