Fast and Easy Chicken Breasts
Chicken Breast, 1 per person
granulated b eef bouillon
parlsey, dried or fresh
1 - Place chicken in flat pan or baking dish
2 - Sprinkle with onion powder (not onion salt), then with grnulated beef bouillon, and then parsley flakes.
3 - Top each piece with a generous chunk of butter.
4 - Bake, uncoivered at 375 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
5 - If chicken browns too quickly, turn temperature down to 350 degrees F.
6 - Baste occasionally while baking and before serving.
