1 lb fresh perch
1/2 cp Caesar salad dressing
1 cp crushed potato chips
1/2 cp shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 -Dip fillets in salad dressing.
2 - Place fillets in a single layer, skin side down, on a paking pan, 15 X 10 X 1 inches.
3 - Combine crushed chips and cheese.
4 - Sprinkle over fillets.
5 - Bake in extremely hot oven, 500 degrees F. for 10 - 15 minutes, or
until fillets flake easily when tested with a fork.
