Stone Harbor Crab Brunch
2 cps milk
2 cps seasoned croutons
1/2 lb cheddar cheese
1 tbsp dry onion, minced
1 tbsp parsley flakes, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb lump crabmeat, picked over
Parmesan cheese, grated
1 - Beat eggs.
2 - Mix in milk, croutons, cheese, dry onion, parsley, salt, pepper and crabmeat.
3 - Pour into greased shallow casserole.
4 - Top with sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
5 - Bake in 325 degree oven 1 hour, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
