2 lbs bluefish fillets of other fish fillets, fresh or frozen
1/2 cp commercial herb-and-garlic salad dressing
1/2 cp cornflake crumbs
1/2 cp grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 thin orange slices (garnish)
1 - Thaw fish if frozen.
2 - Cut fillets into serving-size portions.
3 - Place fish in a single layer in a baking dish, approximately 12 by 8 by 2 inches.
4 - Pour dressing over fillets; cover.
5 - Marinate in refrigerator for several hours, turning the fish 3 or 4 times.
6 - Combine crumbs and cheese; mix well.
7 - Roil fish in crumb mixture.
8 - Place fish in well greased baking dish 12 by 8 by 2 inches.
9 - Sprinkle any remaining crumb mixture over fish.
10 - Bake in very hot oven (450 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until
fish flakes easily when tested with a fork
11 - Garnish with orange slices.
