Bagel Tuna Melt
1 (7 oz) can tuna, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 stalk celery, diced fine
1/2 green pepper, seeded and diced fine
4 bagels cut in half
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 - Mash together tuna, mayonnaise, celery and green pepper.
2 - Spread on bagel bottoms and top each bagel with a slice of Swiss cheese.
3 - Place under broiler until cheese melts.
4 - Cover with tops and serve to 4 happy people.
