Saucy Pork Chops
6 pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inche thick
salt and pepper
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup catsup
2 to 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 - In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in a small amount of fat; season with salt and pepper.
2 - Top chops with onion slices.
3 - Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
4 - Cover, simmer 45 to 60 minutes, or un til chops ared done.
5 - Remove chops to warm platter.
6 - Spoon sauce over
