1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 cp onion, chopped
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cp egg noodles
1 cp sliced zucchini
seasoned salt and pepper
1/2 tsp chervil or basil
2/3 cp sour cream
1 - Place ground beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet.
2 - Cook until beef loses pink color.
3 - Spread mushroom soup, noodles, zucchini and seasonings over beef mixture.
4 - Simmer covered until the noodles are done.
5 - Stir in sour cream and warm through.
