2 tbsp butter or margerine
6 medium carrots, thinly sliced on the bias.
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried basil, crushed
1 - In medium skillet, melt butter; add the sliced carrots.
2 - Sprinkle with salt and basil.
3 - Cover skillet and simmer 10 to 12 minutes, just till the carrots are tender.
4 - Garnish with parsley.
