Baked Chicken Vietnam
3 large breastsof chicken,boned,each cut into 2 pieces.
1/4 cp commercial sour cream
1/4cp potato chips, crushed
1/4 stick of butter melted
few drops pressed garlic
1 - Dip each chickern breast in sour cream,then roll in potato chips.
2 - Place chicken breasts in oven-proof, flat, glass baking dish.
3 - Heat butter flavored with garlic until melted.
4 - Drizzle butter garlic mixture over chicken breasts in dish.
5 - Bake uncovered in pre-heated 325 degree oven over 45 minutes, or until chickern
is fork tender and golden.
6 - Serve atonce withg corn on the cob and a fresh garden salad.
