1/4 cp olive oil
1/3 cp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp dried thyme, crumbled
1/2 tsp dried marjoram, crumbled
2 cans (7 oz each) solid white tuna
1 can (16oz) cut green beans
1 can (15 1/4oz) kidney beans
1can (5 3/4 oz) black olives
1 - Blend together in a jar or cup, olive oil, vinegar, and all seasonings.
2 - Drain tuna and remove bottom lid, push out tuna gently so it retains its shape.
3 - Place tuna in center of a large platter.
4 - Drain green beans, kidney beans and olives.
5 - Arrange beans around tuna.
6 - Cut each olive in half lengthwise and arrange on platter.
7 - Shake or stir dressing and spoon over tuna and vegetables.
