6 small zucchini
2/3 cp commercial sour cream
1 tbsp butter
6 tbsp grated sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 tbsp chives
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
3 tbsp fresh bread crumbs
1 - Cut zucchini in smallpieces.
2 - Boil for 6-7minutes.
3 - Do noit overcook- zucchini should be firm.
4 - Drain.
5 - In saucepan, cook butter, sour cream, egg, and 4 tbsp grated cheese.
6 - Cook over low heat, stirring continuously, untiul thickened.
7 - Put drained zucchiniin greased baking dish.
8 - Pour sauce over zucchini.
9 - Put remaining cheese and bread crumbs on top.
10 - Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven, or until golden brown.
Serves about 4.
