Casserole of Cheese Pancakes
2 1/2 cps milk
2 cps pancake mix
1 lb pork sauxage links, cooked
15 slices American cheese
1 - Add milk to pancake flour.
2 - Mix and stir lightly as slightly lumpy batter makes fluffy pancakes.
3 - Using a 1/4 cp measure, pour batter for each pancake onto a hot lightly greased griddle.
4 - Bake to golden brown, turning once.
5 - Make stacks of three pancakes each with a slice of cheese betweeen each one.
6 - Top each stack with 2 sausage links and a slice of cheese.
7 - Place in 5 shallow individueal casseroles and bake in oven until cheese is melted.
8 - Serve immediately.
