California Burgundy Supper
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1een Pepper, chopped
1 can condensed tomato sauce
1/2 cp Burgundy wine
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, drained
2 cps cream style corn
1/2 lb (2 cps) grated American cheese
salt and pepper
1/2 lb spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 - Fry bacon, onion, and green pepper together until bacon is done and onion and pepper are soft.
2 - Stir frequently.
3 - Add tomato soup, wine, mushrooms, corn, 1 cp cheese, salt and pepper and spaghetti.
4 - Mix well.
5 - Turn into medium casserole, sprinkle with remainder of cheese and bake in oven (350 degrees F>) until done.
6 - Serve from csserole.
7 - Wine, cheese and spaghetti are perfect go-togethers.
