Sheepshead Bay Casserole
1 large green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cp diced celery
1 cp cooked or canned crab meat, flaked
1 cp cooked or canned shrimp
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp A-1 sauce
1 cp mayonnaise
1 cp soft buttered bread crumbs
1 - Gently mix together in a large bowl, green pepper, onion, calery, crab meat, shrimp, salt and pepper, A-1 sauce and mayonnaise.
2 - Transfer to greased medium casserole.
3 - Sprinkle top with buttered crumbs.
4 - Bake until crumbs are golden brown and casserole is bubbling.
5 - Serve when you want a superb company dish.
