Corned Beef Hash Moritz
3 tbsp butter
6 chicken livers, cut in half
1 cp sliced mushrooms
2 1/2 cps chopped cold corned beef
2 cps wine sauce
1 cp grated Swiss cheese
1 1/2 cps seasoned mashed potatoes
1 - Melt half the butter in a frying pan and saute the mushrooms, remove and saute chicken livers.
2 - In a greased medium casserole arrange a layer of mushrooms, a layer of corned beef, wine sauce, and livers.
3 - Sprikle cheese between each layer and on top.
4 - Shape potatoes into little mounds.
5 - Put them around the edge of the casserole, dot with remaining butter and bake until potqatoes are brown and cheese is puffy.
