Apple, Orange and Onion Salad
2 large oranges
1 Bermuda onion
2 large eating apples, cores removed
large green pepper, seeded
1 - Peel and slice the oranges, onion and apples
2 - Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent discoloring.
3 - Cut large pepper into thin slices.
4 - Onnindividual salad plates arrange overlapping slices of orange, onion, apple, and green pepper.
5 - Sprinkle with minced scallions
6 - Serve chilled with French dressing
