Stuffed Pimento Salad
3 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp cream
1/2 cp chopped olives
salt and pepper
6 canned pimentos Shredded lettuce
1 - Cream with fork crem cheese, cream, chopped olives and salt and pepper.
2 - Carefully stuff the 6 pimentos with mixture.
3 - Chill
4 - Slice crosswise.
5 - Serve on shredded lettuce with French dressing.
