2 cps chopped cooked spinach
1 cp white sauce (using spinach liquid for part of milk
2 oz grated Parmesan cheese
1 - Use 2 cps chopped cooked spinach.
2 - Drain; save liquid
3 - Make 1 cp white sauce using spinach liuid for part of the milk.
4 - Remove from heat, add Parmesan cheese..
5 - Put over spinach in casserole, cover with crumbs and bake 10 minutes (350 degree f. )..
6 - Sauce may be made ahead and reheated at table in chafing dish.
