Noodle and Green Pepper Salad
4 green peppers cut into long thin strips
2 cps cooked, buttered noodles
1/2 cp olive oil
3 tbsp vinegar
1 - Cook the green pepper strips in a littl water
2 - Toss with the buttered noodles.
3 - Combine the olive oil and vinegar and sprinkle over the salad.
4 - Refrigerate several hours before serving.
