1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1/2 cp dry crumbs
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 tbsp chopped prsley
salt and pepper
1 - Cook the artichokes in boiling salted water for 15 minutes.
2 - Spread leaves, remove chokes.
3 - Saute 1mushrooms in olive oil, add bread crumbs, garlic, parsley and salt and pepper.
4 - Put in leaves.
5 - Stand in casserole, pour water in from sides until 1 inch deep, bake at 350 degrees F. about 50 minutes.
