salt and pepper
1 - Cut potatoes into thin rounds.
2 - Use part to line small buttered casserole.
3 - Chop rest of potatoes and put into middle of casserole.
4 - Season with salt and pepper and melted butter combineed with a dash of prepared mustard.
5 - Bake 50 minutes until potatoes are soft.
6 - Remove cover for last 15 minutes to crispen.
