Best Ever Cole Slaw
1 firm head cabbage
5 stalks of celery
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 tbsp vinegar
6 tbsp mayonnaise
3 ybsp bottled relish or chopped sweet pickles
1 chopped hardcooked egg
strips of pimento
1 - Grind coarsely in food chopper cabbage and celery.
2 - Add salt, pepper and vinegar.
3 - Refrigerate for several hours.
4 - Combine mayonnaise, relish or chopped sweet pickles and chopped hardcooked egg
5 - Put sauce over cabbage just before serving with strips of pimento.
