Chuck Wagon Hot Pots
6 tart apples, pared and cored
3 cps canned baked beans
6 thick pork chops
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp tomato catsup
1 - Cut apples into thick slices.
2 - Divide into 6 well-greased individual casseroles.
3 - Spoon beans on top of apples
4 - Wipe chops
5 - Cut off excess fat.
6 - Brown on both sides in frying pan on top of stove.
7 - Press one chop gently into each bed of beans in each casserole.
8 - Sprinkle with brown sugar and tomato catsup.
9 - Cover casseroles (use aluminum foil if they do not have lids) and bake at 375 degrees F. until very hot and browned.
10 - Serve immediately in individual pots. So Easy!
