Casserole of Cauliflower and Peas
1 pkg frozen peas
1 pkg frozen cauliflower
boiling salted water
1 cp shite sauce
1 slightly beaten egg yolk
buttered bread crumbs
1 - Cook the frozen peas and cauliflower in boiling salted water 1 inch deep.
2 - When tender, put in casserole with 1 cp white sauce to which has been added the egg yolk.
3 - Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
4 - Bake in 325 degree oven uncovered until crusty and brown (half an hour).
