Shrimp, Almond and Celery Salad
1 1/2 lbs shrimp
1 tbsp dry mustrd
1 lb bvlanched almonds
1 bunch washed celery
4 hard-cooked eggs
1 - Clean and cook the shrimp in boiling water with a bay leaf, dry mustard and vinegar
2 - Cool in same water.
3 - Chop shrimp coarsely.
4 - Put blandhce almonds, and celery through food chopper.
5 - Put the hard-cooked eggs through a ricer
6 - Mix all the ingredients with mayonnaise and salt to taste.
7 - Serve on chilled lettuce.
