Chicken Gumbo Casserole
1 cp diced cooked chicken
1 cp diced cooked ham
2 cps cooked rice
1 can chicken gumbo soup
2 tbsp shopped pimento
6 slices canned pineapple, drained
6 tsp brown sugar
3 tbsp melted butter
1 - Combine chicken, ham, rice, sout and pimento and put intom greased medium casserole.
2 - Sprinkle pineapple with brown sugar and melted butter.
3 - Stick 3 cloves into each one.
4 - Top chicken mixture with spiced pineapple rings and bake uncovered (at 375 degrees F.) until pineapple is glazed.
5 - There's excellent flavor in this simple casserole.
