Chicken Salad Casserole
2 cps diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 cps celery, diced
1/4 cp toasted almonds, chopped
2 tsp finely chopped onions
1 tbsp lemon juice
dash of pepper
2/3 cp salad dressing
1 tsp salt
1 cp (1/4 lb) snappy American cheese
3/4 cp crushed potato chips
1 - Combine chicken, celery, almonds, onion, lemon juice and pepper in large mixing bowl.
2 - Add salad dressing and mix gently but thoroughly.
3 - Spoon into 4 individual shallow casseroles.
4 - Sprinkle with cheese.
5 - Top with potato chips.
6 - Heat casserole until cheese begins to bubble.
7 - Serve with crushed pineapple on side.
