4 tbsp butter
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 chopped green pepper
1 cp sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned
4 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cps milk
1 cp sauterne wine
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cps cooked chicken (preferablt all white meat) cut into bite size pieces 2 cps cooked thin spaghetti 1 cp grated American cheese
1 - Melt butter, saute onion, pepper and mushrooms until soft.
2 - Stir in flour, now add milk, w3ine, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
3 - Cook slowly ror 10 minutes, until thickened.
4 - Add chicken and spagetti and half the cheese.
5 - Put into a greased medium casserole.
6 - op with remaining cheese.
7 - Cover and bake (375 deh0grees F.) until bubbly hot.
