Turkey and Macaroni en Casserole
4 eggs, well beaten
1 cp soft bread crumbs
1 cp (1/4 lb) grated American cheese
2 cps diced cooked turkey
2 cps cooked macaroni
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 cp finely chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped pimento
1 tasp salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate, optional
1 1/2 cps m1/4 cp butter or margerine
1 - Combine all ingredients exccept milk and butter.
2 - Heat milk, add butter, then pour over first mixture, stirring constantly.
3 - Turn into greased 2 1/2 qt casserole.
4 - Set in pan of hot water until immersed halfway.
5 - Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
6 - Serve plain or with mushroom sauce
