Tortilla Vegetable Melt

(2) 6-inch tortillas
1/2 stalk celery
1/2 small yellow onion, peeled
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cp Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 - Place celery piece and onion in food processor and cut fine.
3 - Saute celery and onion until soft in olive oil in a small sauce pan, then add Worcestershire sauce
4 - Place tortillas on greased baking sheet.
5 - Place half the celery onion mixture on each tortilla and spread evenly.
6 - Sprinkle with Grated cheese.
7 - Bake 15 minutes
Pair this with a bowl of cream of tomato soup and you have a quick lunch for 2.
