1/2 cp water
2/3 cp lemon juice
1/2 cp sugar
6 tbsp chopped mint
1 - Boil sugar and water 5 minutes.
2 - Add chopped mint leaves and lemon juice and allow to stand overnight
3 - Strain and color with a few drops of green food coloring.
4 - Pour into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
5 - Add to iced tea, lemonade, punch, or any combination of fruit juices.
