Scalloped Potatoes with Pimientos
4 cps diced potatoes
2 pimientos, diced
salt and pepper
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cps medium white sauce
1/2 cp grated cheese
1 - Cook potatoes 5 minutes. Drain. Add green pepper and pimientos.
2 - Season to taste.
3 - Pour into well oiled baking dish.
4 - Cover with white sauce to which cheese has been added.
5 - Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) about 50 minutes.
